Membership

The New York State Town Clerks Association (NYSTCA) is an organization dedicated to promoting the professional development of Town Clerks across the State as administrative leaders. Membership offers Town Clerks and their Deputies encouragement, specialized assistance, voting privileges, and continuing education relative to professional and personal improvement. The annual membership fee covers the Town Clerk and Deputies. Associate Members (Retirees) also pay an annual fee but do not have voting rights. Join NYSTCA because the benefits are many.

Please note that the username and password for the website was updated on July 1st.  When you renew your membership you will be given the new username and password. These are the credentials that you must use to access the website. If you try logging in with the incorrect username and password, after 3 attempts ALL clerks in the state will be locked out of the website.

You have the option of paying with a credit card when you submit the application, or submitting a check to the membership chair. Your membership will remain 'pending' until the payment is received and approved.  Once it is received and approved, you will receive an email with a new username and password to access the members only portion of the website.
