How does NYSTCA do this?
We hold an Annual Conference full of education, networking, and fun!
Our conference kicks off on Sunday with an all conference event which is referred to as our ‘MIXER’. Each year the Association chooses a theme which is followed up with related food, decorations, and of course costumes! This is a casual atmosphere for great opportunities to mingle with old friends and make new ones!
We offer numerous educational classes for you to choose from:
NYS Department of Health, DECALS, Town Clerk Basics-‘Oh, Those Minutes’, Petitions, NYS Comptroller, NYS Retirement, Games of Chance, Vitals, and more!
Included with conference, you will be a part of the Annual Business Meeting to learn what the Association has been up to since the last time we met, vote on current legislation, honor those who’ve received their RMC designation, and honor those awarded scholarships.
The Banquet is held the night before Conference ends by reflecting with our peers what we’ve learned in a formal setting, enjoying great food, camaraderie, and special presentations.
