Membership goes with the Town.  If you are a new Town Clerk, please contact the Membership Chair to see if your Town is current.  As the Town Clerk, you are the primary contact and will receive all NYSTCA related email blasts. 

Benefits of membership include specialized assistance, voting privileges, networking, and continuing education and training relative to professional and personal development.  Members receive the quarterly newsletter, the “Recorder”; reduced registration cost for the annual conference and/or regional meetings; access to the members only section of the NYSTCA website; access to our private Facebook page; access to the online NYS Town Clerks Directory; and access to our NEW CLERK TOOLBOX!

Annual membership fee is $85.00 and can be paid by check or online (see below).

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS include any former Town Clerk wishing to stay connected with the association. Annual membership fee is only $10.00.  Associate Members will receive the “Recorder”, have access to the NYSTCA website and Facebook page, and can attend the annual conference.

You have the option of paying with a credit card when you submit the application or mailing a check to the Membership Chair. Your membership will remain 'pending' until the payment is received and approved.
