More… The New York State Town Clerks Association (NYSTCA) is offering four (4) $450 scholarships and one (1) Margaret Lamoree Award for attendance at the 2023 NYSTCA Conference in Syracuse, NY from April 23-25, 2023. The Margaret Lamoree Scholarship, in honor of our founder, consists of the registration fee, meals and room based on double occupancy. The Margaret Lamoree Award will be honored with a plaque and a special presentation. Questions?
