Meet Julie - Your District 3 Director!
Julie has been with the Town of Glenville since 2015, serving first as Deputy Town Clerk and has been the Town Clerk since 2021. Julie holds a BA from Russell Sage Women's College. Prior to working with the Town of Glenville she worked in the Criminal Justice Field specifically Alternative Sentencing and Counseling. She is the Vice-President of the Schenectady County Municipal Clerks Association.
Julie has been married for 40 years, to her husband Paul and has three children, her late daughter Shawna, and wonderful sons Brian and Michael. She also has three dogs, a cat, and a bird.
Julie enjoys volunteering. Having organized many community, church, and school events; she was PTA Vice President and served on the Health Curriculum Committee with the Scotia-Glenville School District. She is currently the chair of the Town of Glenville's Event Committee. She loves spending time with her family, going to the beach, baseball games, reading, quilting, gardening, and loves animals.
