The Town Recorder, a quarterly newsletter published by the New York State Clerks Association, contains timely and useful information, written and designed specifically for New York State Town Clerks. State agencies, such as the Department of Health, the Department of Ag and Markets, the Department of Environmental Conservation and the Department of Open Government contribute articles directly relating to current concerns and changes in procedures.
